The CelCal application is part of the computer aided technology (CAT) suite. CelCal is an automatic cellularity per tissue section calculator. It provides 2 parameters per frame: Bone Marrow Fraction and Cellularity and then sums up the average and standard deviation of these parameters in a set of accepted frames.
CelCal functions in three Modes: Manual, Semi Automatic and Automatic.
