MultiStain

 

MultiStain eases the laborious task of relocating to previously found cells after re-staining with different markers.  It enables cross-correlation of findings from the same slide after multiple staining. Overall diagnosis is improved by comparison of morphology, Immuno-binding and FISH results.
 
With MultiStain, after the slide is washed following initial staining, the cells can be re-stained and and quickly relocating to the previous marker. This process can be repeated up to three times.  Afterwards, all images of the same, differently stained cells can be viewed side by side in a gallery.

Relocation is almost impossible to carry out without MultiStain if many cells need to be acquired. MultiStain simplifies the task with accurate automatic or semi-automatic relocation and the availability of multiple views of the same cells. Relocation to each cell takes from three to five seconds on a non-motorized stage and one second on a motorized stage.
