Tissue Analysis

SpectraView enables extracting  in depth information on tissue sections.  Spectral un-mixing reveals quantitative information on molecules and pure stains within the sample.  Background noise or autofluorescence can be removed providing more informative understanding of the sample.   SpectraView detects and classifies cells based on the combination of spectra and morphology information.

Spectral Un-mixing - SUN

Using the spectra of Eosin and Hematoxylin (see below), SpectraView is able to separate the two different images. This is due to a unique algorithm called SUN (Spectral Un-mixing) - H&E Stained tissue.
