CGHView

What is Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH)

Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH) measures DNA copy number differences between a reference genome and your sample genome.

CGH is a molecular cytogenetic method of screening a tumor for genetic changes. The alterations are classified as DNA gains and losses and reveal a characteristic pattern that includes mutations at chromosomal and subchromosomal levels.

CGHView

CGHView™ is Applied Spectral Imaging's (ASI) high-resolution CGH system with superb imaging capabilities and full karyotyping support. It is fully integrated with ASI’s robust Case Data Manager to easily generate statistics, compare cells and cases, print customized reports and manage your data.
